Hotel Refurbishment isn’t always the easiest of tasks to undertake.
Here at the VDB group, we are very conscious of the fact that our clients’ needs are paramount; in this case, that meant that their guests’ peace and safety were our highest priority at every step.
Lazaat Hotel required extensive joinery works, flooring, electrical, as well as decorative amendments. We were more than happy to take on the challenge.
With many rooms booked out and many weddings booked in we managed to complete all required works in under four weeks with minimum disruption to the client, their business, their staff, their guests, and their bottom line.
The hospitality sector requires great attention to detail, service, and timely execution of intended works, especially when business is required to continue with minimal disruption.
We were very proud to be part of this project with the client.
